Please review these terms carefully before using our orthopedic services.
Medical Services
Our orthopedic services are provided by qualified medical professionals. However:
- Online information does not replace in-person consultation
- Video consultations have technical limitations
- Emergency cases should visit nearest hospital
Appointments
- Cancellations require 24 hours notice
- Late arrivals may be rescheduled
- No-shows may incur fees
- Video consultation technical issues are patient's responsibility
Payments
- Payment is due at time of service
- Insurance claims are patient's responsibility
- Refunds follow clinic policy
